Good Morning Paul,
We met briefly at your book signing yesterday in Chapters. I am a little relentless in the questions I ask people and wanted to say thank you for answering. Your tears show that you are genuine and your experience although very different from my own or my husbands has lent me tactics which as I use them will be able to delve deeper into my own "Ice Burg" and gradually overcome some of my own issues.
Timing is everything and as I read your book yesterday afternoon the sentence that stood out clearly to me was "there is a reason for everything". I am not sure if you remember but that is what I said to you yesterday. For what ever reason I was very intrigued by your situation........ There is a reason for everything.....
Little did I know I wouldn't find the book I was looking for - but I did find your storey. I just want to say to you "awesome!" PEP helped you to get to others and as I use your strategies I hope to be able to reach out as you did.
That is what life is about....... overcoming , loving and appreciating. I truly believe you are a true example of a normal individual using extraordinary PEP.

Since I just purchased your book tonight, I'm only part way through it. So far it is fascinating and the unusual style--part auto-biographical, part instructional, psychological text book, part philosophical inspiration--makes it an interesting read and guide.
I can promise you, your book will become a well loved companion over time--coffee stained, dog-eared, ragged--as all my prized possessions become. It is astounding to me that since 1996, you have not only dealt with what life dealt you, but you have also written this book, which will touch the hearts and minds and spirits of so many, who need to read about your journey in order to help them with theirs.

I'm midway through the book and I absolutely love it. It has been so inspirational.
People seem to think their lives are difficult when the smallest of things go wrong. But you have shown me that even when you feel that there’s no way out, I can still find strength within myself to continue.
Many people give up when they feel that the whole world is against them, by reading your book I have reason to believe in myself and that I can accomplish anything I set my mind too.
